independence, self-initiative, fun working with people and flexibility to participate in the sometimes unpredictable start-up life.

We are looking for volunteers to accompany us for at least 6 months. The hourly rate can be agreed upon individually.

• ITlerInnen, which help us to maintain our website and to get involved with the experiment e-learning.
• graphic artists, who would like to define together with us, our MTOP brand, and who are able to prepare information graphically with sensitivity.
• trainers, who accompany our MTOP associates have fun communicating and don't hesitate to hold a workshop on their own.
